We are already moving on to Week 4 of the college football season. Before we dive into this week, let’s look back and see what happened in Week 3. The top teams in the nation all won easily with Clemson, Alabama, Georgia, LSU, Oklahoma, Ohio State, Auburn, and Florida all notching victories. Florida did need some magic (and 19 points in the 4th quarter) to get past Kentucky, but no top 10 team last week suffered a loss. Just one team ranked inside the Top 25 ended up losing with No. 24 USC falling 27-30 at BYU. Now let’s see what is in store for us this week!
We are finally starting to get some premium matchups with three games between ranked teams this week, plus plenty of other primetime worthy games. The most anticipated of these has to be No. 7 Notre Dame against No. 3 Georgia. The winner here will go along way in securing their spot in the College Football Playoff this year, while the loser could very well be on the outside looking in.
The SEC features a showdown this week between two of its ranked teams in Auburn (8) and Texas A&M (17), while No. 11 Michigan squares off against No. 13 Wisconsin in the Big Ten.
Outside of Top 25 matchups, we also get what should be excellent games to watch and bet on in Utah vs USC (Friday), Cal vs Ole Miss, UCF at Pitt, Washington at BYU, Oregon v. Stanford, Oklahoma State at Texas, and so much more!
